Thank you Josh,
I am checking it out; I am sure the Portland will work, just have to get the details down…
Also checking into Shikkui Lime Plaster and other Lime Plasters.
Thank you again Josh, you are such a breath of fresh air

Hi Josh,
I have attempted to reply to your post here I think this is the 6th time over several days; My computer locks up every time I almost get it finished. I am hurrying now before it does it again.
I think we are looking into the same thing; the plaster cement; wikipedia it and you’ll see
I want to develop something that is strong enough to use as the load-bearing wall of a structure, rather than just paint. Don’t know why, I just think I ought to do it. Lots of times I find out the ‘why’ later, lol.
Thanks Josh,
Namaste,
Linda
Wow Monsoon ,
How cool!!!
I really appreciate being able to see what double-dipping does to the finish also! I
was thinking of doing that- Now I *know* I’ll do it…Ya know what? I’m thinking that maybe Plasterite might be made weather-resistant by
double-dipping into resin- Have you done that?I also like that you made glowtops on the pyramids.
That looks like a real production line you’ve got thereThank you very much for posting your work.
Namaste,Linda
LightningThanks for the great tips Josh,
The possible need for banging to get ’em out of the molds worries me; I know my first endeavor is going to be water-clear Orgonite pendants.
I have to somehow keep them from getting stuck in the molds. They will be complicated multiple micro-pours with expensive ingredients.
I haven’t located any method yet that is a surefire easy-out, and that doesn’t take a chance of wrecking the finish.
I do have nano ferrous oxide (dark) and nano electrolytic copper. I will see if I can find a pottery supply around here somewhere, thanks!
Wish me luck. I’m only a couple of days away now, I think…Namaste,
Linda
LightningHi SandAndSun,
If you wax the inside of your pyramid mold with the turtle wax before casting again, and then apply a tiny amount of mold release before pouring, you may not have to sand next time…
…This piece of data was gleaned from some forum or other on Orgonite building where folks were having the same problem…Sorry I don’t remember where…
Stay well,
Linda
Thank you Josh, MonsoonGecko, Sacred, I feel such a kinship with you 3 …
I think you have the perfect handling solution for the gold leaf Josh, I’ll do that. I have a few ideas where the gold will need to be placed precisely. For that stuff I can just “pick” a speck out of the mixed stuff and tap it into place. I guess I could let the rest cure and incorporate it later into something else. I don’t resonate with Iron either- I have too much longtime association between it and the Roman Empire’s warlike ways. I thought Pyrite (Fool’s Gold) is iron, though. Isn’t it? Does that mean you wouldn’t use Pyrite in making Orgonite?
I ordered a string of chips of Pyrite, thinking to crush it and incorporate it, but the stuff I received feels very heavy and dark and…sluggish. I think it’s a different material.
Thank you for your input, Monsoon. I make my own CS too, and have for years.
It’s great stuff. I *have* succeeded in wiping out my flora with it a few times though, and that is the only reservation I’d have about being around it 24/7. I guess I don’t know enough about it yet.
You guys are great .
I have so much to learn…

Hi Linda , I haven’t actually made anything yet, but am carefully accumulating the materials to start. I’ve just ordered some 24K Gold Leaf to go in my pieces. I don’t know why he said that (Hey, Steve- Why?), but here are my thoughts. Gold Leaf is very lightweight. From what I have read, the proportion of resin to metal in Orgonite should be about 50/50 by weight. So I am looking for other metals to fulfill the weight/metal requirement, but I want the Gold vibe in there too.
I do not want the Gold Leaf to form any kind of a barrier, so I will have to break it up and, since Gold Leaf sticks to the skin, it will have to be handled with an instrument other than my hands.
I am taking the approach of putting in the materials for what I want the piece to do, then adding whatever is necessary to make the Orgonite ‘work’. I hope to be building soon. I am impatient to begin, but I have a few more things to work out, then I have to find them and get them in here. Namaste, Linda
Hi Monsoon Gecko ,
Thanks for posting that; Please keep on doing it, too, I want to know how it goes for you after a week or so.
If you don’t mind answering- ummm, do you deal with any particular health issue? Don’t have to answer if you don’t want to of course, I’m just trying to gauge the advisability of it, being chicken and all, ya know .
Namaste,
Linda
LightningHello Anna,
May I ask what was in the Plasterite that you made?
Was it shells and plaster, crystals shells and plaster, metal and plaster, etc?
I thought of a couple of things that you may like to try; Herkimer Diamonds are great dreamstones, perhaps you could include them in your Plasterite and intend them to stay activated to keep the vivid dreams going.
Let’s see, what else.. Moonstone or Pearl for female energy (Receptive), Frankincense (3rd eye), hmmm…Namaste,
Linda
Still gathering materials, waiting on the last order YAY!by Lightning on Sat Nov 27, 2010 3:15 pm
Hey Monsoon,
There is a great book, co-authored by 3 folks, one of whom is a very focussed Lightworker named Mary Hardy, PhD.
The title of the book is “Pyramid Energy: The Philosophy of God, the Science of Man”. I cannot encourage you strongly enough to find and read that book, I think you’ll love it. That book is the first place I ever read of the “Law of One”. It also explains the calculations and effects of pramid energy, in both its 3-sided and 4-sided forms.Mary Hardy is also a veteran dowser and IIRC frequents the Toronto Dowsers (Canada) conventions.
She has a website called http://www.templeofsakkara.com . I do not know if she has others.Nother little piece of info: Edward Leedskalnin, who singlehandedly built the ‘Coral Castle’ in Florida, USA, was heard to be playing “Greensleeves” by folks in the neighborhood..
I do know that the bunch Mary is involved with will be happier to have a “positive harvest” from this dimension of polarity.
Throwin some ballast on this scale- Ho!
I hope you’ll check this out.
Namaste,
Linda
