Which gave me the idea of have a pick-me-up after an exhausting hour cutting and hacking at the undergrowth behind some trees. It’s a disaster area there since my not-so-friendly neighbour decided last year to prune my trees overhanging his garden and threw all the clippings (branches actually) back over the wall. Dusty eyes from thinning out ivy, sore shoulders from pulling heaps of material out into the open. Next problem how to get rid of it all – may need to get a skip. But the drink will brighten me up.
Lovely photos of your recent plants, they look gorgeous. Apart from drinking this neat, it’s also quite good as a longer drink; with tonic. I hope M brings me back another bottle after her
next trip; a reward for looking after the pygmy hamster ‘Twitchy’.
