Thanks Sunflower for sharing pictures of what was a super day. I got a bit of a fright at first when I heard there were going to be 7 participants, worrying would we have enough space in a kitchen. But it all worked out perfectly, all co-operated, all had fun. So interesting seeing the different attitudes, Katarina and Jurie wanted as much and as big as possible for their 'cottage'. It's in The Curragh in Kildare, and is just beside an Army Base (not that much military stuff happens there I'd say). So they did some big pours. Richard and Mano only wanted small items because of lack of space in their apartment. I was told to watch out for a very skeptical Mano, who was going to ask me difficult questions, but he surprised everyone by being a total sweetie and joining in enthusiastically. Edina was rather mystical, she had lots of essential oil, lovely smelling which she generously shared. And she could not be stopped from going out , collecting and adding in twigs and little flowers. Heather made LOTS of little shapes which she will be giving to her colleagues on a new Start your own Business course, starting on Monday. Tomasz was a very interesting guy, a mixture of the scientific and metaphysical, he is doing a Physiotherapy Course but will bring in a very holistic approach. It was brilliant at the end where they all co-operated in making one last large cone which turned out beautifully.

And there's a plan in mind to take a stall at an forthcoming Festival in June called Body and Soul. Katarina thinks it would be a great project, to tell people about Plasterite, have little demonstrations and sell things. We'd be talking to the right audience. Of course I said I'd be all for it. Feeling excited

Whew just spent a harrowing 45 minutes watching that video, rather unsettling indeed. Are you hinting about some sort of mind control which went wrong - one's imagination can run riot here. It was really amazing how the women survived the experiences.
Yes indeed, I've got quite brave using the anti-nano triangle, I have to believe Tony P that yes, it is safe.
I've eventually used it in the bath though not submerging it as yet. And several times out of the bath, hanging the triangle around my neck.

The fact that it gradually heats up maybe a benefit, a bit like a heating pad.
Someone commented about using the nano-bucket, that she'd prefer something to use in the bathtub as lugging around big buckets ful of water would not suit that particular lady.

I see you got your sky cleared up from wht you said was a dull start. Good job. And excellent job giving the fingers to photobucket, they deserve it. A bit puzzled by 'East Indian Cherry', is that the orange flower that goes mad, we call it nasturtium - not much similarity. I suppose you know you can eat the flowers and seeds, the seeds are very pepperey, tasting a little like capers. They'll go wll in your salad - when you get the dressing sorted. Don't bother about Caesar Salad dressing, for which I blame my nasty incident yesterday, it was also combined with bacon, chicken, croutons and a bit of lettuce - not made by me of course. This is the easy one, no need for a book - a small teaspoonful of Dijon mustard, or indeed English mustard. A crushed clove of garlic. Salt, pepper, a little bit of fine sugar. A good slug of olive oil. About a quarter that amount of lemon juice or; good vinegar; even balsamic is good. Mix well - of course check the seasoning - tah dah!!!

Very strange weather here, blue sky, fluffy clouds, no trails or evidence of such though I hear people in the south moaning about spraying there. I'm fascinated reading the Elana Freeland book, SO MUCH scientific and hard facts, I'll have to read it again a few times to try to retain even a fraction of it. You probably know, for example, that in 2007 a Dutch Parliamentarian; Eric Meijer; asked several questionsre chemtrails (E-2455/07 of the European Commission; (bit too lengthy/too lazy to type out here - may do later) to which the European Cpmmissioner for the Environment Stavros Dimas responded that there ,ay be risks to environ,ent and health but the Commission saw no reason to act. It's what I'd call a 'blood boiling' book. Gotta get back out into the rays now, back cooked, front needs to catch up.

Good posting there thanks SF. Just an update on what should have been a Plasterite demonstration or workshop. I was invited to a get together in Co. Tipperary on Saturday, to a place called the Low Entropy Farm, to give a talk or demonstration. Unfortunately it didn't work out. We were asked to bring something for the land, and some food and/or drink for the BBQ. I had the idea that some comfrey could be useful and as Laura said they didn't have any and would love some, I agreed to bring some with me.


I was fairly certain I would find some in a 'garden' of a house I lived in some years ago, which very sadly was razed to the ground about 5 years ago. It was difficult to get into what used to be the garden, due to the amount of wild growth, but as expected there were many healthy looking comfrey plants, which I would have started off many years ago. They are a special strain of very high yielding plants, and can be used for green manure, for making liquid fertilizer or as a very effective healing plant. The traditional name for it is 'Knitbone' and it used to be used for speeding up healing of sprains and fractures. I think it must be one of the first plants/natural healing herbs to have been targeted by Pharma, who had comfrey supplements removed from the market after doing a trial on rats who showed some signs of liver damage. However, the quantities they fed the rats was the equivalent of a human eating many pounds of it. . T

The photos show what was my garden then, I grew lots of fruit, vegetables and flowers and used sell them in our 'Country Market' I had a polytunnel and an 'Agriframe' which was a structure with plastic netting over it to keep the birds away from the raspberry canes. I remember they were very determined, and I used spend a lot of time trying to block up tiny gaps and then let the angry birds out again.

It was quite sad seeing what had happened and also seeing the house gone.

When I arrived at the farm I soon realised the demonstration would not work, there were too many different groups, people setting up tents, kids playing round, I really didn't mind except for all the work I'd gone to getting prepared and packing the car. The first picture is a comfrey plant. Middle ones 'the wilderness'



The last picture is of the people organising the BBQ,with my bag of scones in the foreground [im-happy-smiley-emoticon] I hope you can see the nice view in the background. And some pretty sylphs.
