Lovely photos, especially the hibiscus/lavender one.  We call the knobbly ones ‘Jerusalem Artichokes’ or I think ‘Girasole’.  Very tasty, make a great soup, eh yes, done it in my time as an energetic gardener, and should have the cynara plant hiding somewhere or smothered in my poor wrecked veggie patch, must go and look for it – they get VERY BIG. I’m wondering where you’re going to make the space for so many new things? I can hardly find space to plant a few cosmos and mallows.   Who’s the CEO, dont forget
